“My experience with Howard County Smiles has been extraordinary! I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews (good or bad), but this practice and the entire staff have motivated me to share.

I came to them initially as one of “those people” who feared and avoided the dentist. I had a lot of issues and a lot of concerns about how to tackle them, and Dr. Becker and his team listened, cared for, and helped me make a plan to get back to a place where I could smile in pictures again.

Their patients are more than just “patients” to them; we are people. Honestly, coming to the office makes me feel welcome and as if I am part of their family. I am now a regular patient and will continue to count on Howard County Smiles to keep my smile on the right track. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!”

“Love love love this office! I was very nervous for my appointment with Dr. Cross for fillings yesterday. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was extremely friendly. Amanda made sure I knew in advance how much my procedure was expected to cost. Dr. Cross got me incredibly numb, and she & Tory had a great flow that got the work done fast! I’ll be going back to finish my treatment in a couple of weeks and I know that I’ll be treated like a VIP. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I’ve never been the fan of the dentist- so much so that I put it off for years. But the entire staff at HCS is incredible! From the moment you walk into reception, everyone is friendly and helpful. I’m confident Dr. Becker and his team can do pretty much anything (and if he can’t, he isn’t shy to reach out to find the right person who can).

Before we started, I was INVOLVED in my treatment planning, not just told what was going to happen. We talked through options and payment plans and I never felt any pressure. I had a million questions which were all answered thoroughly and without judgment.

I’m halfway through my restorations- which were done in-house and same day- fancy. There’s a ‘comfort menu’ to help ease the nerves. The quality of his work is great and I’ve already had compliments! I’m finally on a cleaning routine that works for me and that I can stick to long-term. So grateful I found this place!”
